Orders received before 4:00pm Central Time will be processed and shipped that same day.

All Star Medical Supply agrees to achieve your complete satisfaction.

Call our customer service representatives at 956-618-1330 within 10 days of the invoice date to receive a return authorization. Please note that you must have a copy of the original invoice.

All Star Medical Supply will grant a full refund for the cost of the product amount purchased (not including freight). Under the following terms and conditions:

  • If you have ordered a wrong product, a 20% restock fee and return postage will be applied
  • If the item is returned to us in new condition (unopened) with original packing and accessories

You will receive 100% credit for all products returned within 10 days of the invoice date except on exceptions noted below:

  • Opened and used product may not be returned for credit. – Special Order Items: Products that we do not ordinarily stock are not returnable.
  • Special Order Items: Products that we do not ordinarily stock are not returnable.

We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization.

  • If you received a product in error on our part, we will refund all shipping charges, including free return shipping.
